Float the sealed bag to match temperature, then add tank water to it in small amounts over 30 to 45 minutes before netting the fish across. Keep the lights low for the first day and skip feeding until the next morning. Hold new arrivals apart for roughly 14 days and check daily for clamped fins, flashing or poor appetite.
