Does every box receive a heat or cold pack?
No. Temperature support is selected from the forecast, route, expected timing, box configuration and fish load. An unnecessary pack can create a different risk.
Why might shipment be delayed after a label is created?
A label can exist before final carrier handoff. Fish condition, weather, service disruption or address concerns can still require a responsible hold.
Can insulated packing guarantee live arrival?
