  • Required: clear photos or video, unopened bag, and visible shipping label.
  • Free replacement shipment when the same strain is available (scheduled for the next safe ship day)
  • Store credit for the full value of DOA fish (typically posted within 1–2 business days)
  • Refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval
  • Shipping fees are refunded only when the entire order is DOA; partial losses cover fish value only
  • Not covered: wrong address, package left outside, late claims, or fish released before inspection.
