These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, form the complete agreement between you and HiGuppy.
We strive for accurate photos and descriptions. Colour variation is natural in live fish. Unless marked WYSIWYG, photos represent the strain.
All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
Live fish are shipped on specific days. We may delay or cancel shipments for weather or health safety reasons.
HiGuppy's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not responsible for losses occurring after successful delivery and acclimation, tank incompatibilities, or issues caused by customer neglect.
