Health guarantee is not the same as a DOA policy.
Every new arrival at our facility goes through a quarantine period before joining the main system. This reduces risk for our entire operation.
New fish are placed in a separate quarantine system.
Fish are observed for 2+ weeks for signs of disease, stress, or parasites.
Only fish that are actively feeding and behaving normally pass quarantine.
