What should I include about an existing order?
Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short explanation of the issue. For a delivery question, add the latest tracking status. Don’t send payment card details or passwords.
How do I send photos or arrival evidence?
Email attachments to hello@higuppy.com. For an arrival concern, follow the Live Arrival / DOA Policy for the required evidence, timing and claim route rather than relying on this form alone.
Can you help me choose a guppy collection?
Tell us your tank size, experience level, preferred colors and whether you plan a display, breeding or grow-out setup. Link the products you are considering, or start with our guppy strains guide.
