Live arrival: 2 hours from your transshipper’s inspection — not from your home delivery. International leg only (Vietnam → professional transshipper); the domestic leg follows your transshipper’s own terms. Approved claims refund the fish price only. International shipping, transshipper, customs, permits, inspection and domestic-reshipment fees are excluded, and a replacement order pays new international shipping and transshipper fees.
