How to track your order

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Use that link to monitor progress. If you did not receive tracking, check your spam folder or contact us.

Tracking is sent when the label is created. It contains a link and the carrier name.

Sign up for text or email updates directly from the carrier if available.

No update?

Tracking may not show movement until the carrier scans the package. Allow a few hours after pickup.

Delivery tips

  • Be available on the delivery date — live fish should not sit unattended.
  • Monitor tracking for any carrier delays and contact us if something seems wrong.
  • Once delivered, open the box as soon as possible to begin acclimation.
